2. All points were discussed for club installation and approved.
3. Tentative meeting schedule for the year 2023-24 approved.
4.Planning for forthcoming events and membership drive.
5.Budget plan for club installation and donated almost all members generously to meet the expenses.

Inaugaration of Clay Ganesha Project by Rtn. B. Shankar Reddy garu (District Governor) and Dr. S. V. Ramprasad garu (District Governor Nominee) on 13.08.2023 at 6. 30 PM in Vasanth Nagar Colony, Bhagath Singh Nagar.
Conducted the Joint Meeting of Rotary Clubs from the Twin Cities, held on August 14th, 2023 in Hyderabad on the occasion of India’s 77th Independence Day.Five members from our club participated in the event.

Blood Donation Camp conducted at One City Gated Community on 30.07.2023. 100 members participated in the conducted camp and 40 Units of blood was donated in the camp. Total Programme headed by Rtn. N. Chaitanya.
Garikapati Narasimha Rao participated as a special guest and Ramakrishna Mission Director delivered his address in Rotary International District – 3150 Membership and Public Image Seminar Program of Telangana State, Guntur and Prakasam Districts held under the chairmanship of Rotary International Governor Dr. Boosireddy Shankar Reddy at Vedika Convention Hall, Jalavihar, Hyderabad on 20th August 2023.
